The Community Eligibility Provision is part of the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010. It provides an alternative to household applications for free and reduced price meals, by using direct certification data and other categorical eligibility, along with a multiplier. This training will take you through determining if your district is eligible for CEP, and provide you tools and guidance on the requirements of participating in CEP.
